These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, programs, communications, educational materials, retreats, coaching services, and other offerings provided by Emotional Healing Systems, Inc. and Emotional Healing Retreats (“EHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, opting in to communications, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Educational and Personal Development Services

Our programs, retreats, coaching, meditations, educational materials, exercises, workshops, and text-based offerings are intended for personal growth, emotional education, self-awareness, and general wellness purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or other licensed professional services.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a program or practice is appropriate for their individual circumstances and for consulting qualified medical or mental health professionals when appropriate.

HEAL365 and SMS/Text Messaging

When you voluntarily opt in to an Emotional Healing Systems text messaging program, including HEAL365 — A Daily Journey to Nervous System Safety & Wholeness, you agree to receive recurring automated or manually generated SMS or MMS messages at the mobile number you provide.

Messages may include educational reflections, nervous system practices, journaling prompts, mindfulness exercises, program information, reminders, and other communications related to the offering for which you enrolled.

Message frequency: For HEAL365, subscribers should expect approximately one message per day, up to approximately 31 messages per month. Message frequency for other programs may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may cancel your participation at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact Emotional Healing Systems at info@ehsretreats.com or 1-800-721-6140.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Privacy

Your mobile number, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to deliver the communications and services you have requested.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided through Emotional Healing Systems and Emotional Healing Retreats, including written content, exercises, curriculum, frameworks, worksheets, prompts, meditations, audio recordings, videos, graphics, logos, program names, and educational materials, are owned by or licensed to Emotional Healing Systems, Inc.

These materials are provided for your personal use only unless you have received written authorization for another use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, license, sell, modify, or create commercial derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in our offerings may involve reflection on personal experiences, emotions, relationships, beliefs, and life events. You are responsible for deciding your level of participation and for caring for your physical and emotional wellbeing.

You may choose not to participate in any exercise that does not feel appropriate for you.

No Guarantees

Personal growth and emotional healing are highly individual. We do not guarantee any particular emotional, psychological, relational, spiritual, professional, financial, or health outcome from participation in our programs or services.

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, misuse our content, or misrepresent your relationship with Emotional Healing Systems or Emotional Healing Retreats.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party companies to provide services such as payment processing, scheduling, website hosting, email communications, and SMS delivery.

Your use of those services may also be governed by the applicable provider's terms and policies.
